Hydraulic Torquing / Bolting Services

The hydraulic torquing/bolting process involves the use of hydraulic torque wrenches, hydraulic tensioners, and other hydraulic tools to ensure that nuts and bolts are tightened to the manufacturer’s specified torque settings. This process is critical to prevent issues such as leaks, breakages, or structural failures. Additionally, we rely on durable and high-quality fastening solutions to ensure that their equipment and machinery run smoothly and efficiently.

Helix Oilfield bolting services include bolt tensioning (hydraulic tensioning), bolt torquing (controlled bolting) and related services. Uniform bolt loading ensures a high level of accuracy by applying a consistent force. Our torquing is accurate, safe and available in any size, controlled bolting is the industry standard for torquing flanges.

Hydraulic Tensioning

Our tensioners and hydraulic bolt up gear can perform on any size of stud or nut.

Bolting Services

Our hydraulic bolting is performed with hydraulic wrenches which are used to tighten/un-tighten studs in a fast, accurate, and controlled manner. Hydraulic tools are useful in applications ranging from 150 – 28000 ft/lbs. Socket-drive and low-clearance heads available.
